It was not as creamy or moist as I was led to believe. On the bright side, it is a good lip liner and lipstick all in one; if you find a good color for yourself. When I opened the package one of the 3 lipsticks broke and was all over the other two.. I called and they rep gave me a form to fill out about the damaged one and faxed it back.. I then was suppose to receive a RNA number which was coming in the mail so I could return all products.. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee.. A week later I called and told them I did not receive the package and number to send back the product.. The sales rep said it just went out yesterday and she was not very professional.. Telling me that they were short handed.. etc.. I wrote an email and finally someone told me that I would not receive a 15% restocking fee etc.. The product went back the day after I received the RNA number and I have not heard from them since.. I sure hope my card was credited.. To me this is no way to do business. It is a lack of communication and customer service.. So needless to say I had a terrible experience.. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product Comment: Goes on smooth and has good staying power. I like having a pencil and lipstick in one product. I always have too many products. This helps me keep it simple. I purchased Blush which was actually a little darker than expected, but still a nice shade. The purchase page should show sample colors, and it doesn't. I will definitely purchase more colors.
